- What it’s doing — warning lights, fault codes, noises, smells and when it started.
- Whether you’re safe — if you’re in a dangerous spot, tell us, and turn on your hazards.
The more we know before we roll, the better the chance we bring the right part and fix it on the first trip.
Why a mobile mechanic beats a tow
